The covered summer kitchen is anchored by a 36-inch Alfresco luxury grill: 82,500 BTUs, a 1,500°F infrared sear zone, a built-in rotisserie and smoker. Made in the USA.

What the Alfresco Outdoor Kitchen Grill Brings

  • 82,500 BTUs across the grilling surface: two 27,500-BTU main burners plus a 27,500-BTU infrared Sear Zone
  • Infrared Sear Zone reaches 1,500°F in about four minutes for steakhouse-style searing, cooks up to 50% faster with virtually no flare-ups
  • Integrated, hidden Mega-Drive rotisserie: chain-driven, whisper-quiet motor with 120 lb of torque and an 18,500-BTU infrared rear rotisserie burner
  • Built-in smoker system with a dedicated 5,000-BTU burner and a wood-chip/herb drawer
  • 660 sq. in. of grilling area with a 3-position warming rack
